1. The equipment will be returned to Shopmobility at or before the end of the agreed period of loan.
2. The equipment is for use on the pavement and is NOT for use on the road except where it is necessary to cross.
3. The speed of the powered equipment MUST be kept at a slow walking pace at all times. Scooters MUST be kept under the 6 on the speed dial at ALL times.
4. The powered equipment MUST NOT be taken over the Auld Brig (next to Marks & Spencer's) as the cobbles will damage the equipment.
5. The equipment MUST NOT be taken out-with the recommended area of use agreed by the Shopmobility centre.
6. Only the person registered with the Shopmobility Centre is allowed to use the equipment and NO children or pets are allowed on the equipment with them.
7. The consumption of alcohol is FORBIDDEN at all times whilst in charge of powered equipment.
8. DO NOT overload equipment

If the above guidelines are not adhered to we will have no alternative but to withdraw our services to you.Any damages to equipment due to misuse or negligence will have to be charged to you for parts and repairs.
